Is someone a quick or slow worker? Pragmatic or idealistic?

Collect Frequent task specific feedback (Zhou) and try to parse larger themes and patterns from it. Behavioral feedback should be well considered, and go deeper than task feedback. It represents your larger impression of the person.

It’s good to have specific examples in hand and to discuss this feedback in person, since it is so personal.
