Information sharing meetings (Zhou)

Often information can be more efficiently shared through email or other asynchronous channels.

In person meetings do have the advantage of being more interactive and more interesting.

Used sparingly and with purpose, info sharing meetings can excite and energize a group. To achieve this:

• Be clear and memorable
• Keep the audiences attention
• Evoke an emotion (inspiration, trust, pride, courage, empathy, etc.)
