Real progress is built on effective process (Zhou)

Process can come in good and bad forms, but to achieve great outcomes and make real progress an effective process is essential. It is key to Managers should multiply team efforts, not add to them (Zhou).

Overbearing process can definitely exist, but too little process is equally debilitating. You should constantly be tweaking your process as you gather feedback and evaluate how well things are working. You don’t necessarily have to commit to a specific process, just commit to having and refining a process of some sort.
