You can give people big problems if you believe they can handle it (Zhou)

Don’t be afraid to delegate large problems if you think someone can handle it. This shows trust in them, and may be something they are interested in taking on. But it also doesn’t mean you totally disappear.

It’s important to communicate that the person you’ve delegated this to is now in charge so they are empowered to actually own the project. You don’t want people coming to you second guessing things.
